Basketball Recap: Simon Rich's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Lodi Academy over Pacific Union College Prep

Lodi Academy was the 52-27 winner over Pacific Union College Prep when they last played one another back in January of 2018, but their luck changed this time around. The Lodi Academy Titans took a 50-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pacific Union College Prep Falcons. The Titans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Several Titans players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Simon Rich, who posted ten points. Ty Zinke was another key player, putting up seven points in addition to 11 boards and three steals.

Even though they lost, Lodi Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 15 offensive rebounds in three consecutive games.
