Basketball Recap: Cullman Christian Comes Up Short

Cullman Christian extended their losing streak to ten on Thursday, dropping them down to 0-13-2. They were outmatched by the Addison Bulldogs and fell 50-19. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 68-38 back in December of 2025.

As for Addison, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season. They have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 30 points or more this season.

Addison was led to victory by Elijah Roberts and Kiah Lake. Roberts dropped a double-double with 16 points and 11 boards, while Lake almost dropped a double-double with nine points and 12 rebounds. Roberts has been hot, having also posted three or more steals the last eight times he's played. Conner Lane was another key player, putting up four points and five steals.

Coming up, Cullman Christian will square off against St. Bernard Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Addison, they will take on Winston County at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
