The Fuquay - Varina Bengals will head out on the road to take on the Apex Friendship Patriots at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Apex Friendship took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Fuquay - Varina, who comes in off a win.

On Thursday, Fuquay - Varina got the win against Smithfield-Selma by a conclusive 3-0.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Fuquay - Varina took every set by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-5, 25-14, 25-14.

Meanwhile, Apex Friendship was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to Green Level. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Patriots have suffered since September 4th.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-15, 25-7.

Fuquay - Varina pushed their record up to 9-10 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for Apex Friendship, their loss dropped their record down to 4-10.
