Volleyball Recap: Interstate 35 Takes a Loss

Interstate 35 was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mount Ayr Raiders. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Roadrunners of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Interstate 35's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Mount Ayr, their win bumped their record up to 15-7.

Interstate 35 has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Lamoni on the 20th. As for Mount Ayr, they will square off against Martensdale-St. Mary's at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
