West Franklin put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the Central Heights Vikings as they made off with a 12-4 victory. The Falcons might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matchups by eight runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Gunnar McMahan, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Brig Corwine, who scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances.

West Franklin pushed their record up to 5-0 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for Central Heights, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 10-1.

West Franklin will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Vikings: the pair will be back at it again later today.
