Soccer Recap: Manistee's Undefeated Season over After Six Games

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last three matches, Manistee finally came back down to earth on Monday. They came up short against the Fremont Packers, falling 6-1. Manistee have struggled against Fremont recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Having lost for the first time this season, Manistee fell to 5-1. As for Fremont, the win keeps they at an undefeated 7-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Manistee will face off against Shelby at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Fremont, they will square off against Orchard View at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Fremont are facing Orchard View at the right time seeing as Orchard View are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
