Basketball Game Preview: Adrian/Ellsworth Dragons vs. Murray County Central Rebels

The Adrian/Ellsworth Dragons will venture away from home to face off against the Murray County Central Rebels at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Murray County Central took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Adrian/Ellsworth, who comes in off a win.

Last Monday, Adrian/Ellsworth didn't have too much trouble with Russell-Tyler-Ruthton as they won 68-49.

Meanwhile, Murray County Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 51-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of Westbrook-Walnut Grove.

Adrian/Ellsworth's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-6. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.4 points per game. As for Murray County Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-14.

Adrian/Ellsworth strolled past Murray County Central when the teams last played back in January by a score of 53-39. The rematch might be a little tougher for Adrian/Ellsworth since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
