Volleyball Recap: Green Valley Gators vs. Centennial Bulldogs
Green Valley faced Centennial in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Gators took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs. The Gators were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bulldogs earlier this season, when they won 3-1.
Green Valley came incredibly close to winning: the sets they lost were decided by three points or less. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 28-26, 25-22, 25-27, 25-22.
