Softball Recap: Kendall Drops Season-High Score on York

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Kendall). They were the clear victors by a 22-16 margin over the York Golden Knights on Monday. Considering the Eagles' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Kendall now has a winning record of 5-4. As for York, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-13 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kendall will head out to challenge Notre Dame at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for York, they will venture away from home to square off against Letchworth at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
