Soccer Recap: Coventry Comes Up Short

Coventry lost against Streetsboro back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Comets came up short against the Rockets, falling 5-0. That's two games in a row now that Coventry have lost by exactly five goals.

Coventry's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Streetsboro, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Coming up, Coventry is taking a road trip to face off against North at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Streetsboro, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against St. Vincent-St. Mary on the 20th.
