Baseball Recap: Collins Tigers vs. North Forrest Eagles
Collins extended their losing streak to eight on Tuesday, dropping them down to 1-10. They lost 15-2 to the North Forrest Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 16-1 on Tuesday.
As for North Forrest, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-6 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.8 runs over those games.
For North Forrest's part, Chance Rogers made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he tossed three innings while giving up just two earned runs off one hit.
