Basketball Recap: Oklahoma City S Wins Going Away Against Eisenhower

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Memorial, Oklahoma City S was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They put the hurt on the Eisenhower Eagles with a sharp 71-48 victory. For the Storm, this counts as revenge for the 75-73 win the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January.

Oklahoma City S found their leader in sophomore Matthew Mason, who went 8 for 9 on his way to 17 points in addition to six boards and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Rex Rowland, who posted 11 points.

Oklahoma City S smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've posted since back in December of 2023.

Oklahoma City S is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 4-11 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.8 points per game. As for Eisenhower, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
