Basketball Recap: Tri-Cities Prep Now 8-1 over Last Nine Games

Tri-Cities Prep entered their tilt with Warden on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They took down the Warden Cougars 74-55. Given the Jaguars' advantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 49th, while the Cougars are ranked 267th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Tri-Cities Prep is also on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 15-3 record this season. As for Warden, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-15.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Granger the next time they take the court. Warden will host Granger at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, while Tri-Cities Prep will host them at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
