Not much got past Wil Ridenour, who gave up just two hits to keep King's Academy off the board. Furthermore, Ridenour didn't allow a single walk, the first time he has blanked an opponent since back in April of 2024.
At the plate, Anderson County's win was truly a team effort as six different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Alex Bond, who went 1-for-3 with one triple and one RBI. That RBI marked the first that Bond brought in this season. Another was Easton Beaty, who scored two runs and stole a base.

Grayson Davis` was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over 5.2 innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Coby Johnson made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Miller Elijah, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3.
