Volleyball Recap: WF West Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After flying high against Centralia on Tuesday, WF West came back down to earth. The Bearcats fell 3-1 to the Shelton Highclimbers on Thursday. The Bearcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Highclimbers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

WF West's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Shelton, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. WF West is set to take on their familiar foe Black Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Shelton will square off against rival Centralia at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
