Soccer Game Preview: Ashwaubenon vs. Manitowoc Lincoln + Official Tickets

The Ashwaubenon Jaguars are taking a road trip to face off against the Manitowoc Lincoln Ships at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Ashwaubenon is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.7 goals per game this season.

Ashwaubenon will roll into the matchup after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up one goal on Thursday, then bounced right back against Green Bay East on Saturday. The Jaguars blew past the Red Devils 6-2. The score was close at halftime, but Ashwaubenon pulled away in the second half with four goals.

They hit Green Bay East with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Landon Cure (2), Chase Beyer (2), Carter Nitke, and Josh Brunhoefer.

Meanwhile, Manitowoc Lincoln came up short against Ripon on Monday, falling 7-2. While losing is never fun, Manitowoc Lincoln can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin soccer rankings (they are ranked 168th, while Ripon are ranked 39th).

Ashwaubenon's win ended a five-match drought at home and bumped them up to 6-10. As for Manitowoc Lincoln, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 6-10.

Ashwaubenon couldn't quite get it done against Manitowoc Lincoln in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 as they fell 3-1. Can the Jaguars avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
