Baseball Recap: Jackson Beats Escambia County for Their Third Straight Win

Jackson waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They put the hurt on the Escambia County Blue Devils with a sharp 11-1 win. Considering the Aggies have won four contests by more than nine runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory got Jackson back to even at 6-6. As for Escambia County, their loss was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-11.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Jackson will face off against Citronelle at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Escambia County, they will square off against Satsuma at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
