Basketball Game Preview: Terrell Tigers vs. Gateway Charter Academy Gators

The Terrell Tigers will square off against the Gateway Charter Academy Gators at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Gateway Charter Academy took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Terrell, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with three losses in a row, Terrell turned things around against Temple Christian on Friday. They managed a 54-50 victory over the Eagles.

Meanwhile, Gateway Charter Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 67-34 loss at the hands of Connally. While losing is never fun, the Gators can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 1356th, while the Cadets are ranked 440th).

Terrell's win bumped their record up to 8-11. As for Gateway Charter Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6-1.
