Basketball Game Preview: Marlboro County Bulldogs vs. Dillon Wildcats

Marlboro County and Dillon are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2014, but not for long. The Marlboro County Bulldogs just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Dillon Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Marlboro County is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Waccamaw just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Monday. They fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 61-58.

Meanwhile, Dillon was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Saturday as they fell 53-48 to Georgetown.

Dillon's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Marlboro County, their loss dropped their record down to 12-6.

Marlboro County couldn't quite finish off Dillon in their previous meeting back in January and fell 59-57. Can Marlboro County avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
