Recap: Keith Bears vs. Johnson Eagles

The Keith Bears came tearing into Tuesday's match with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 28.8 points) and they left with even more momentum. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Johnson 83-13 on the road. That 70 points margin sets a new team best for Keith this season.

Keith got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Tommy Tisdale III out in front who scored 24 points. Another player making a difference was Miles Hannah, who scored 24 points.

Keith is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season. As for Johnson, they are on a eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Keith will square off against Hatch at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hatch knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past five matches -- so hopefully Keith likes a good challenge. As for Johnson, they will head out on the road to challenge Linden at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Linden is on a five-game streak of home losses, Johnson a seven-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck is about to change.
