Volleyball Recap: Bishop Mcdevitt Snaps Five-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Middletown, Bishop McDevitt was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Boiling Springs Bubblers, sneaking past 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Crusaders have posted since October 4, 2024.

Bishop McDevitt took Boiling Springs into a fifth set where they got it done with a seven-point win. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 23-25, 22-25, 25-19, 15-8.

Bishop McDevitt's offense was headlined by Teah Banks and Christina Kelemen, who picked up nine kills apiece. They got some help from Clare Callahan and her 14 assists. Finally, Jillian Kelemen kept Bishop McDevitt's defense grounded, leading the team with 12 blocks.
