Flag Football Recap: Rutland Takes a Loss

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Rutland's offense. They took a blow against the Pike County Pirates on Wednesday, falling 27-0. The defeat leaves the Hurricanes still looking for their first win of the season.

Rutland's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Pike County, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rutland will face off against Twiggs County at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Pike County, they are headed away from home for the first time to face off against Westside at 5:15 p.m. on Monday.
