Baseball Recap: Saks Comes Up Short

Saks lost against Jacksonville Christian Academy on March 6th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Saks came up short against Jacksonville Christian Academy, falling 22-1. The Wildcats' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it 11 in a row.

Saks' record is now 2-13. As for Jacksonville Christian Academy, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 7-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Saks will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Randolph County at 4:30 p.m. on April 8. As for Jacksonville Christian Academy, they will host Gaylesville at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
