Recap: Braymer Bobcats vs. Hale/Bosworth
Even though Hale/Bosworth scored an imposing 57 points on Saturday, the Braymer Bobcats still came out on top. Braymer took down Hale/Bosworth 71-57. For Braymer, this counts as revenge for the 82-73 defeat Hale/Bosworth walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2023.
Braymer was led to victory by Jordan Haley and Dakota Brandon. Haley scored 23 points along with seven assists and five rebounds, while Brandon scored 20 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. Haley is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last eight games he's played. Landon Baker was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with three steals.
Braymer has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-8 record this season. As for Hale/Bosworth, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
Braymer's road trip will continue as they head out to face Higbee at 7:30 p.m. on February 12th. Higbee knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past 18 games -- so hopefully Braymer likes a good challenge. Hale/Bosworth does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
