East Lawrence entered their tilt with Addison on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. The stars were shining brightly for them in a 51-34 victory over the Addison Bulldogs. Given the Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 58th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 322nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

East Lawrence is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season. As for Addison, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-7.
