Soccer Recap: Lakeland Preparatory Snags Third Victory in Last Four Games

After failing to score in their last contest, Lakeland Preparatory made sure to put some goals up on the board against Germantown on Saturday. They never let the Red Devils get on the board and left with a 7-0 win. Eli Coleman was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

Lakeland Preparatory has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-2-2 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those four matchups. As for Germantown, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10-1.

Lakeland Preparatory wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, an 8-0 win against Douglass on the 15th. As for Germantown, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 5-3 victory against Pleasant View Christian on the 13th.
