On Monday, Bellingham was able to grind out a solid win over Mount Vernon, taking the game 3-1. The victory continues a trend for the Bayhawks in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won four in a row.

Meanwhile, Blaine was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to Ferndale.

Bellingham's win bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Blaine, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-9-1.
