Valley kept a clean sheet against West Mesa on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 6-0 margin over the Mustangs. It was an even better day for Naiyah Deschiney as she scored five goals for her team.

Valley has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 46 goals over those nine contests. As for West Mesa, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-10.

Coming up, Valley is taking a road trip to take on Bernalillo at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
