After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Arroyo Valley, Carter was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Bloomington Bruins by a score of 3-1. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Lions as it put an end to their four-match losing streak.

While Carter might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Bloomington scored at least 20 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 20-25, 25-20, 25-20.

The victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 4-11. As for Bloomington, their loss was their ninth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-19.

Carter does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bloomington, they will venture away from home to take on Arroyo Valley at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
