Football Game Preview: Suttons Bay Norsemen vs. Pellston Hornets + How To Watch

The Suttons Bay Norsemen will square off against the Pellston Hornets at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Suttons Bay and four for Pellston.

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 44-14, which was the final score in Suttons Bay's tilt against Mesick on Friday.

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Pellston and Onaway meet (three straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Thursday. The Hornets fell 38-30 to the Cardinals. While the Hornets didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Cardinals 8-0 in the first quarter.

Suttons Bay's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Pellston, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Everything came up roses for Suttons Bay against Pellston in their previous meeting back in September of 2024, as the squad secured a 42-12 victory. Will the Norsemen repeat their success, or do the Hornets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
