Soccer Recap: Garrett Takes a Loss

While it was all tied up 1-1 at halftime, Garrett was not quite Lakeland's equal in the second half on Thursday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lakers. Garrett were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Lakeland apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Garrett's goal came courtesy of Gabe Armstrong, who's now up to three this season.

Garrett now has a losing record of 1-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Garrett will face off against Woodlan at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lakeland, they will square off against East Noble at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
