Recap: Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North Raiders vs. Los Fresnos Falcons

The Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North Raiders's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their sixth straight loss. They took a 68-54 bruising from Los Fresnos. While losing is never fun, Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 1147th, while Los Fresnos is ranked 281st).

Despite the loss, Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North saw an underclassman step up: Mason Lopez scored 21 points along with seven rebounds. The game was Lopez's third in a row with at least ten points. Cruz Fabela was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with five rebounds.
