Volleyball Recap: Louisburg Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Louisburg and Wallace-Rose Hill squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Louisburg had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Bulldogs. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Warriors have suffered since September 23rd.

While Louisburg was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Wallace-Rose Hill's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-16, 25-21.

Kendall Gleason paced Louisburg's offense, picking up seven kills. Gleason got some help from Kasi Harrison and her 20 assists.

Louisburg's defeat dropped their record down to 13-9. As for Wallace-Rose Hill, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-4 record this season.

Louisburg does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Wallace-Rose Hill, they will face off against Midway at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
