Recap: Colonial Forge Eagles vs. Falls Church Jaguars
The Colonial Forge Eagles won the last time they faced the Falls Church Jaguars, and things went their way on Thursday too. Colonial Forge slipped by Falls Church 40-39. The win made it back-to-back wins for Colonial Forge.
Colonial Forge got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Dakari Phillips out in front who dropped a double-double on 10 points and 10 rebounds. Taysean Jones was another key contributor, scoring 6 points along with 6 rebounds.
Colonial Forge's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Falls Church, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
Colonial Forge will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Loudoun County at 2:45 p.m. on December 2nd. As for Falls Church, they will challenge Robinson at 6:15 p.m. on Saturday.
