Snyder was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a hard 49-35 fall against the Big Spring Steers. On the bright side, the 35- point effort marked the Tigers' highest-scoring matchup to date.

Snyder's loss came despite strong showings from Aedyn Claxton and Tyson Burleson. Claxton threw for 195 yards and three touchdowns, while Burleson rushed for 117 yards and one score on only 13 carries.

Snyder's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Big Spring, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
