Gage Adkins turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than one earned runs surrendered on Monday. He turned in his biggest game of the season, not allowing a single earned run over five innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Cherokee is 5-2 when he allows at most one earned run, but 4-12 otherwise.
