Soccer Game Preview: Conway vs. Christian Academy

The Conway Tigers will challenge the Christian Academy Saints at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Conway will be strutting in after a win while Christian Academy will be coming in after a loss.

Conway will bounce into Tuesday's matchup after beating Socastee, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. The Tigers skirted past the Braves 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Conway.

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 1-1 at halftime, Christian Academy was not quite North Myrtle Beach's equal in the second half last Thursday. They fell 3-1 to the Chiefs. Having soared to a lofty six goals in the game before, Christian Academy couldn't push the score so high this time.

Conway now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Christian Academy, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 8-6 record.

Conway took their victory against Christian Academy in their previous matchup back in March by a conclusive 7-1 score. Will the Tigers repeat their success, or do the Saints have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
