Baseball Recap: Chicopee Comes Up Short

Chicopee made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Palmer, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Pacers fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 8-6 on Monday. The Pacers' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it eight in a row.

Chicopee's record now sits at 1-10. As for Palmer, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chicopee will head out to challenge Chicopee Comp at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Palmer, they will venture away from home to take on Ludlow at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
