Basketball Recap: Midwood Comes Up Short

Midwood was the 68-65 winner over John Jay when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Midwood Hornets fell 65-58 to the John Jay Wolves on Wednesday.

Midwood has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-7 record this season. As for John Jay, they now have a winning record of 12-11.

Midwood does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for John Jay, they will venture away from home to challenge Somers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
