Basketball Recap: Tishomingo Takes a Loss

Tishomingo has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They lost 62-38 to the Calera Bulldogs on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, the Indians can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 126th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 22nd).

Tishomingo's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Calera, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 12-1.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Coalgate the next time they take the court. Tishomingo will head out to face Coalgate at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, while Calera will host them at 6:30 p.m. on January 28th.
