Volleyball Game Preview: Albany Falcons vs. Averill Park Golden Knights

Albany is on a four-game streak of home losses, and Averill Park a nine-game streak of away losses dating back to last season. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Tuesday. The Albany Falcons will be playing at home against the Averill Park Golden Knights at 4:15 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Albany lost 3-0 to Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake on Thursday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-16, 25-13.

Meanwhile, Averill Park came up short against Columbia on Thursday, falling 3-0.

Averill Park took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-14, 25-20.

Averill Park's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12-1. As for Albany, their loss dropped their record down to 6-6.
