Soccer Recap: Wednesday's Loss Ends St. Joseph Central's Winning Streak

If St. Joseph Central was feeling good fresh off their 8-0 takedown of Clay last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Flyers fell just short of the Valley Indians by a score of 2-1 on Wednesday. St. Joseph Central were red-hot offensively heading into the matchup (they scored no less than four goals in the four matches prior), but Valley's defense proved too tough.

St. Joseph Central's goal came courtesy of Barrett Waginger, who's now up to 12 this season.
