Basketball Recap: Duncan Now 4-1 over Last Five Games

Duncan won the last time they faced Superior and things went their way on Friday too. The Wildkats walked away with a 48-41 win over the Panthers.

Isaiah Sumner produced another solid effort dropping a double-double with 20 points and 13 boards. What's more, he also posted a 56% field goal percentage, which is the highest he's achieved since back in January. Taygan Jensen was another key player, putting up nine points along with six rebounds and five assists.

Duncan is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. As for Superior, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Duncan will face off against Fort Thomas at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wildkats will need to watch out since the Apaches have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Superior, they will challenge Hayden at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
