Soccer Recap: Franklin Comes Up Short

Franklin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 4-0 to the Windsor Dukes. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against Windsor this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-0 defeat two weeks ago.

Franklin's loss dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Windsor, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-3-1.

Looking ahead, Franklin will take on Luray at 2:30 p.m. on the 28th. As for Windsor, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-2 win against Greensville County on the 21st.
