Cedar Shoals was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Madison County Red Raiders and fell 54-27. The Jaguars were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 35-12.

Cedar Shoals' loss dropped their record down to 6-17. As for Madison County, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 13-11.
