Basketball Game Preview: Neshaminy Skins vs. Bensalem Fighting Owls

The Neshaminy Skins will take on the Bensalem Fighting Owls at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Last Friday, it was close, but Neshaminy sidestepped Harry S. Truman for a 57-54 victory.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bensalem). They came out on top against Abington by a score of 69-61 on Saturday.

Bensalem is also on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a massive bump to their 13-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.3 points per game. As for Neshaminy, their win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-11.
