The Southeast Cyclones scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Saturday. They enjoyed a cozy 50-33 win over Niobrara County. The win was some much needed relief for Southeast as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.
Southeast found their leader in underclassman Kaycee Kosmicki, who scored 14 points along with eight steals and six rebounds. Kosmicki hasn't dropped below two steals for three straight games. Another player making a difference was Sasha Haines, who scored 12 points along with seven rebounds and four steals.
Despite the loss, Niobrara County still got an impressive performance from Rachel Krein, who scored 22 points along with four steals. That was a full 66.7% of Niobrara County's points, marking the third time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
