Volleyball Recap: St. Francis Borgia Finds Home Court Redemption Against Festus

There's no place like home for St. Francis Borgia, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They blew past the Festus Tigers 3-0 on Tuesday. For the Knights, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 victory the Tigers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

St. Francis Borgia never let Festus on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-13, 25-16.

St. Francis Borgia is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-7-2 record this season. As for Festus, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 16-9-1.

Coming up, St. Francis Borgia will be taking part in a tournament against Ozark at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Festus, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Webster Groves at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
