Basketball Recap: Everett Comes Up Short

Everett lost against Waverly back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Vikings had to suffer through a 95-64 loss at the hands of the Warriors. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Saturday (58), the Vikings still had to take the loss.

Everett dropped their record down to 2-4 with the loss, which was their third straight at home. As for Waverly, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Everett will face off against rival Holt at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Waverly is set to take on their familiar foe East Lansing at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
