Soccer Recap: Fort Dorchester Extends Winning Streak to Three

Fort Dorchester proved they can win big on Monday (they won by five) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They never let the James Island Trojans get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory. Fort Dorchester's winning goal came courtesy of Rudy Aguilar.

The win (which was Fort Dorchester's third in a row) raised their record to 11-9. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored eight goals over those three matchups. As for James Island, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-6.

Fort Dorchester has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against West Ashley on the 2nd. James Island does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
